Greg Proops In Person!
Presented by the American Cinematheque and the Greg Proops Film Club

"I don’t remember yesterday. Today it rained.”

THREE DAYS OF THE CONDOR, 1975, Paramount, 117 min. Dir. Sydney Pollack.
A super sexy, sophisticated spy thriller with a tall sexy Euro-hit man (Max Von Sydow), a sexy, startled, scared but amazingly resourceful mini-spy with great hair (Robert Redford), and a sexy, but adaptable bystander who happens to be an arty photographer who is also devastatingly gorgeous with great hair (Faye Dunaway). Dave Grusin provides the smooth jazz and we are off to the races. CIA mayhem in a sexy CIA building posing as a book society starts the chase. Redford is a low-level operative who knows too much and has to outwit the whole intelligence machine for his very survival. Pea Coats, woolen hats, vespas, tweed jackets, high boots, aviator shades, evil postmen and assassination. Bring an alternate identity and don’t tell anyone you’re attending.

Program begins with a live podcast by comedian Greg Proops. Feature starts at 8:00 PM.
Screening format: 35mm
