Jerry Mitchell (Casey Siemaszko) gets a tough assignment for his high school paper: to write a profile of Buddy Revell (Richard Tyson), a violent kid who just transferred in from a continuation school. Though Jerry's overtures to the new student are well-intentioned, Buddy lays down a threat – the two will settle things with a fight in the parking lot at the end of the school day.
