Eddie (Joe De Sue) is a Vietnam veteran who loses his arms and legs when he steps on a land mine. His fiancée takes him to a brilliant surgeon, Dr. Stein (John Hart), who through DNA injections and innovative techniques is able to attach new limbs. But when the doctor’s assistant switches the DNA injection, things turn monstrous. Now Eddie is a lumbering beast, terrifying the city and slaughtering anyone slow enough to get in his way.
