Silvio Muccino directs and stars as Andrea, a wealthy 20-something who is pulled away from his devil-may-care lifestyle to visit his dying father in Nairobi, Kenya. Upon arrival in Africa, Andrea learns his father has already died, and that he has an 8-year-old stepbrother, Charlie, of whom he is now the legal guardian. A geographic and personal journey ensues, in which Andrea must decide to either return to his previous life in Rome, or commit to Charlie as his new brother. Based on the novel by Carla Vangelista. In Italian with English subtitles.
