Dante (Brian O'Halloran) and Randal (Jeff Anderson) are two retail clerks frustrated by the jobs, the town and the rut they find themselves stuck in. They usually fill their time clashing with customers and finding increasingly inventive ways to avoid work. Dante’s exasperation reaches a new high and his morale a new low when he is called in on his day off and he has to put up with shoplifters, wakes, break-ups and debates about STAR WARS. This B&W cult classic launched both Kevin Smith’s career and his on-screen persona, Silent Bob.
