Movies on the Big Screen as They Were Meant To Be Seen.

Jeff Bridges gives one of the best performances of his career as Bad Blake, a once-popular country musician who has been reduced to low-paying gigs in bowling alleys with teenage backup bands. When a young journalist (Maggie Gyllenhaal) tracks him down for an interview, he embarks on a relationship fraught with risks on both sides. Robert Duvall and Colin Farrell provide support.
Dir: Richard Kelly
October 2, 1988: just another ordinary day in the life of teenage Donnie Darko (Jake Gyllenhaal). Suddenly, an outrageous accident occurs, just missing killing Donnie. As Donnie begins to explore what it means to still be alive, and in short order to be in love, he uncovers secrets of the universe that give him the tempting power to alter time and destiny. With scenes shot at our very own Aero Theatre!
Dir: Christopher Nolan
Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) must protect Gotham City from the Joker (Heath Ledger, in an Oscar-winning performance), whose path of destruction turns Batman’s potential successor, district attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), into the disfigured villain Two-Face. The all-star cast includes Maggie Gyllenhaal, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine. While the bravura action sequences come fast and furious, Nolan’s exploration of the characters’ psyches - and the issue of vigilantism - is equally skilled.
